My three essentials for feeling good, which I can stop and start again, new year or not, which make a huge difference to my energy level and my well-being:
- lunges and squats to feel straight, strong and work my lower body (my upper body is always used since I had babies!!)
- stretching or yoga to loosen up, breathing deeply (5 minutes makes a huge difference to my vitality), I particularly like twists
- start my day with fruit or smoothies so that their enzymes, which, when I am fasting, take care of cleaning my digestive system
