Long live the web season 3 episode 2

Vive web saison 3 épisode 2

From a wonderful visit to the show Vive! Vegan chef Jean-Philippe tells us about his journey and cooks a dish to please everyone, including his boyfriend and children!
Then, as requested, Céline shows us 3 poultices for coughs, fever... good helpers! You will need clay and/or mustard and/or flax seeds! Effective balms to treat our little ones and adults and look after them the old-fashioned way.
Our new format for this third season of the show includes capsules with Marco in makeup. You'll love it!

Today Marco shows us how to do everyday makeup that can be easily recreated at home.
- We unify the complexion using the foundation fluid (for light to medium coverage) or with the cream foundation (for medium to opaque coverage). The foundation fluid and the cream foundation are created from natural and active ingredients that do not clog the pores and allow the skin to breathe. They are also oil-based, which nourishes our skin and gives a natural finish to the face.
- Add mascara and/or lipstick.
And there you have it!

FYI: Here is a nice interesting explanation (Gut-Cough Report) from an article by Dr. Philippe Goeb: who talks to us about intestinal hyperpermeability or sieve intestine.

From the stomach to the liver, and from the liver to the lungs
When we eat, food passes into the esophagus, then the stomach, then into the duodenum where the intestinal mucosa absorbs nutrients, letting through what it doesn't want.

The particles captured by the intestinal mucosa then pass into the digestive venous blood. The latter is finally “filtered” by the liver. Remember that one of the liver's roles is to purify this digestive blood of all components that are useless to the body.

"If we have poor eating habits, a large number of unwanted particles put excessive strain on the liver's purification function," notes Dr. Philippe Goeb. "Sooner or later, its purification capacities are exceeded and these particles reach the bronchial mucosa. To eliminate these unwanted particles, in other words these foreign bodies, we observe a local influx of white blood cells to "clean up." This influx of white blood cells creates an inflammatory syndrome which, in turn, causes defense reactions, bronchial spasm and irritating COUGH. It is said that the liver is our first filter and the lungs the second."
