I have not found anything like our cosmetic ranges and collections in the world in terms of results, feel and quality of natural & active ingredients.

My initial intention was to share inspirations that increase our well-being via maison jacynthe.ca.
Then, a year and a half later, Luc gave me the gift of 4 products to offer you.
My original intention wasn't to build a business, but rather to share with you my beauty ritual and my powerful natural cleaning formula that did me so much good. I kept telling Luc how important it was to share them; we couldn't be the only ones to benefit from them.

Since then, thousands of changes of skin, of life.

I have always been concerned about transparency and authenticity with you.

There is no product I offer that has not been hoped for, cherished, and experienced by me and my family. Many even know that I enjoy tasting them abundantly because they are so healthy.

Luc is an aromatherapist and has been practicing his art for over 30 years. He has learned from the best around the world. As one of our pioneers in Quebec, he has also taught several waves of aromatherapists. We have complete confidence in him and are fortunate to have the quality of his connections to import the best oils available.

Luc makes our skincare products by hand. Creating makeup requires a little more equipment and different expertise. So we also chose the best natural makeup laboratory in the world (or they chose us). They're located in Milan, are pioneers in the field (since 2003), and hold around ten vegan, organic, and natural certifications, which generate monthly visits from these organizations. I was there last May to see the rigor of their production.

This summary is to remind you who we are. I wanted to clarify. I would have appreciated if these facts had been conveyed in full. For the rest:

Yes, our floral waters are unstable because they are preservative-free. I'm proud of them. Companies don't dare try to find them that pure.

We believe our skincare products are suitable for all skin types (we have products that are more appropriate for certain skin types). The essential oils in our cosmetics are very gentle and have been used for thousands of years, such as rose.

We put a lot of effort into our customer service and after-sales service, it's what matters most to us, we see Sylvain and me there personally all the time and it's part of the daily objectives given to our store managers.

And yes, we learned, sometimes, often by taking blows but by getting back up, adjusting and collaborating, always. We are moving in the direction of society knowing that there is a huge need for what we offer both in lifestyle and in beauty & vitality alternatives. And let's be clear, all individuals and all companies that formulate, manufacture and offer products are obliged to have a chemist on board. I'm sure that many will be surprised as we were: my heart goes out to all the artisans.

And dear beautiful community, know that we have been in the process since the surprise and that everything is ok! No need to change either formulation or ingredient: our skin care products are compliant (validated by a chemist) and will keep exactly the same high quality... and the same recipes that seem to make many jealous.

(Oh, and in Canada, for cosmetics, we are not required to indicate an expiration date; I sent this clarification to the journalist who saw fit to write that it was an oversight on my part without mentioning that it is not a regulatory requirement, as I informed him; I find it a shame that people constantly try to sow doubt about my intentions)
