Inventory shortages

Ruptures d'inventaire

Our beautiful little castle in La Prairie suffered a minor fire and unfortunately, the losses were enormous since the smoke damaged our entire inventory. No longer:

- Room fragrances, all
-Fir tree
-geranium deodorant
-Claripro
-Naturépile
-Neroli Water
-children's perfumes
-medium & large makeup cases
-all soaps
-and all other care products

What is available in our stores:
-our entire makeup line (but we only have a few HD powders and 24 lipsticks left)
-our brushes, in limited quantity
-our entire collection of perfumes
-cleansing oil
-rose, neroli, ylang, vetiver serums
-rose, lavender, rosemary waters
-the purifier
-vetiver deodorant
-all essential oils

Thank you for waiting for our skincare products to return with us. We're working on another miracle. It hasn't been easy since August, when we had to start all over again, but know that the essentials of our skincare range are already returning during the month of January. Just a few days to wait. And after that, the supply will be stable and regular; we're working on the schedule this week to make sure of that. The incidents we faced were obviously unexpected and beyond our control. We're already in the process of reorganizing, and once again, I thank our team who have been working on it since Saturday with heart and passion, as is rare to see.

Salad pick-ups will no longer be available in La Prairie during the reconstruction period. For anyone who would like to come see us and benefit from our support, please visit one of our other houses, the one closest to you, either in Montreal, Ste-Thérèse or Bromont (where we are staying, from Thursday to Sunday, until April).

Opening hours and addresses are here

With all my gratitude,
Jacynthe xxxx

My heart is with you Jacynthe , Friday I was unable to pick up my salad and Saturday afternoon, my partner went to pick it up but I received his phone call to tell me that there had been a fire, so sad to hear that, I felt such a revitalization when I went there, it's as if time stood still, walking towards the shop and I stopped to see the animals and of course when leaving the shop sometimes the goats still asked me for cuddles but Pépito was ahead of them, for me it is such a comfort to live these precious moments. I hope that you will keep this old-fashioned cachet that I loved so much. Last night I ordered more salads, but now I have just seen that we cannot go and pick them up. What should I do? And if you need volunteers to help you, I am available. Thank you for being part of our lives. - Claudine

I'm so happy to see that your small business has made so much progress in such a short time. It's a sign that it's meeting a real need. And thanks to you and your colleagues, we're going to have healthier people. I wish you a wonderful 2019. - Pierrette

Oh, I'm sorry! Good luck. - Trista
