Dare to make a difference

"You innovate and by force of circumstances, you disrupt." :)

For a year now, since the publication of Vive la Détox , I have received thousands of testimonies from people who are feeling better (against no one who tells me the opposite); I spread ideas that were not found anywhere and which make a real difference on vitality and well-being and above all, I devote my time and energy to communicating this lifestyle to you out of love and with purity of intention... I am not inventing anything and there are no negative consequences to what I write! I am surrounded by exceptional people who share these same notions. I am only the spokesperson for a healthy, harmonious lifestyle that feels good.

I simply started publishing energizing, invigorating recipes with the aim of making you experience well-being and lightness of being. I found myself with testimonies of symptoms disappearing, of lives changed, literally which encourage me to spread more. I respect studies to the highest degree but they cannot yet demonstrate everything while experience can.

I talk about healthy recipes, interesting adventures with enrichment possibilities and added nutritional skills (which I didn't invent, which I spread). My books and this lifestyle want to bring a little more knowledge to eat well and be healthier. I try to do useful work instead of remaining in the dominant voice (... and it's not always simple or without controversy!)

Oddly enough, today, El Mundo in Europe is publishing an interview with me out of interest in this very same speech (not for me!). I can confirm on a daily basis that "my happiness business" is making a real difference. I have, without any pretension, your health and well-being at heart. I understood when you bought my books by the thousands that there was a need, as my heart told me. I then wondered if I was up to the task. Fortunately, health professionals joined me to support you in your quest and endorse my approach.

Rest assured that our choice to influence for good is always at the forefront of our concerns and our commitments.

Today I celebrate your well-being, the health of the baby I am carrying, that of my children (one of whom is celebrating their birthday today), the "international" reach of this lifestyle and the one year anniversary of Jacynthe's Care, our gift from heaven!

Thank you for being here, and thank you to the presenters and journalists who dare to make a difference with us. For ten years I've been trying to open doors one by one. I'll keep going.
