I sent as many gels as possible to our homes last Saturday, knowing that people responded enthusiastically, but I didn't expect us to run out almost immediately.
I'm so proud to have fresh cosmetics for many of our treatments. But this way, for now at least, we achieve as much as possible each day. Nathalie worked until the wee hours of the morning for several days to satisfy as many people as possible.
I find it exciting to find this quality in our (glass) jars, but it is certain that being made by hand and with love (in the strictest and most secure conditions) we cannot have the results in numbers of a factory...
I would add that I am the one who sources the majority of the oils, our raw materials. Ingredients of exceptional purity and quality. Thus, we had a first batch of neroli, which is now sold out. The next one is on its way. So, the creation of the new gels, once today's ones have been sent to you, will be completed in about ten days.
This freshness underlines a whole enchanting shift unlike anything else. I also consider ourselves immensely privileged to have access to this quality of ingredients. I'll talk about it again.
We do everything to have the maximum amount of care, to never run out again, but there is this transition where people were impatiently waiting for us and as soon as our care arrives, they immediately find takers.
We're rolling up our sleeves and continuing with renewed vigor. We're all adapting to this pace of fresh cosmetics. We're producing as much as possible—already with 3 or 4 passionate people in our inspiring laboratory, stocked with all the finest oils—and as often as there are days in the week!
Those who end up with the radiance-boosting gel can boast of having in their jar a treatment created almost the day before with the best ingredients available, therefore as active as it should be. If you go natural with us, only use a small amount of the gel given its performance.
