My current emotions...

I am experiencing wonderful emotions during these festive times. I had this moving surprise yesterday, and on these December evenings, I think back to those times when I lived an involuntary simplicity.

I also traveled with Danièle Starenkyj's Christmas of Yesteryear.

And here's what I've prepared for you: a list of my favorite holiday recipes, from a big dinner to a cozy family breakfast on the 25th. A gourmet menu to delight you while remaining light and satisfying (always vegan and gluten-free, but no need to mention it, your guests will be delighted!).

I finished my speaking tour last Sunday. I'll miss you. So I'll see you directly this Saturday at our Quebec City boutique*. On the La Prairie side, we're also open Saturday and exceptionally this Sunday from noon to 5 p.m. (the directions are at the bottom of the page here). I'll also be there to say hello.

Another surprise, an unfortunate one this time, was learning that animal testing is still taking place today. I can assure you that all our beauty treatments do not cost their suffering but rather honor nature and the beings who live there. Out of respect for them, I would like to add that my wish for a zero-waste business is coming true.
