A precious memory and an evening to share : if you only knew how much I loved Les Mutins de Longueuil, MY folk dance troupe. I wish all the local children could experience it. What an experience. It was my whole life, from the age of 6 to almost 18. Being part of the troupe was certainly the best preparation for moving on to the screen and stage later. All this to tell you how touched I was when they asked me to chair the benefit dinner.
Who would like to come? Since the occasion is vital for the continuity of the Mutins, the ticket costs $225. Since I am unable to ask, I will offer you for each ticket purchased, a duo of floral water & serum as well as a perfume of your choice (if I calculate correctly, this beautiful evening will cost you around $35!). Project : This is the third apartment (huge, on 2 floors) that I have just completed (as foreman and artistic director), on Sherbrooke Street in Montreal, on the top floor of Maison Jacynthe (above the boutique, the beauty salon, the Bistro and soon, the massage therapy & osteopathy services on the garden level). I put all my passion for renovating century-old houses into it, respecting the materials and the great art of yesteryear.
A great moment : Isabelle Maréchal welcomed Luc Poirier, Nicolas Duvernois and me to discuss entrepreneurship.
