"I've been massaged all my life by my mother."
Position and massage to help our child fall asleep:
be relaxed and breathe then...
- place the left hand at the navel and the right hand at the solar plexus
- start with the feet to bring the energy down, relax the mind and tensions (from the heel to the arch of the foot - which corresponds to the path of the intestines); "pinch" the toes
- use the belly, relax the abdominal area with pressure
- then take care of the solar plexus, a beautiful region of nerves!
- Turning on the stomach and pressing (like a cat) along the spine calms the nervous system (the organs activate and the body relaxes), with the weight of the body to help with the pressures; the area of emotions corresponds to the upper back, that of overwork to the kidney area, for bad digestion, to the middle of the back
- finish with the neck by turning the child onto their back: go and find the base of the occiput, a great natural anti-stress point
- if cold or asthma problem, press along the collarbones
*do not slip, do not tickle but use a reassuring firmness
