My new book , Detox - A Practical Week-by-Week Guide, is available today in bookstores everywhere.

For its launch, I will be this afternoon at Maison Jacynthe in Ste-Thérèse from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

On Thursday, I will be at Maison Jacynthe in St-Bruno from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. and on Saturday, I will be at Maison Jacynthe in Eastman from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
