"The Detox plan came just in time for me. After a pretty rock n roll fall (3 straight months of intense work followed by the hospitalization and death of my mother just before the holidays), I was ready to start 2024 in a "zen" and "healthy" way.

Having already adopted (among others!) the Fountain of Youth, essential fibers and proteins at breakfast, I continue to marvel at the benefits that continue to be added week after week.
