And a behind-the-scenes tour of MJ, from the lab to the warehouse

 

Hello!

The infrared sauna, at the heart of my Biohacking approach, along with cold water immersion.

The sauna: easy! A vacation.

And each time, I come out feeling so good, "rejuvenated", with clear skin (you'll see the change).

What attracted me to infrared saunas 20 years ago: the idea of helping my body detox from heavy metals.
