"If this show convinces just a few people to protect themselves, it will already be a big step forward for humanity!" André Fauteux
It is important to understand the impact that electromagnetic fields have on humans.
Since the arrival of technology with the telegraph, electricity, radio, the number of diseases has increased dramatically and we see a much greater number of cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, cancers.
More and more studies demonstrate the harmful effects of electromagnetic waves and fields on the human body.
Electromagnetic fields affect intercellular communication. Our cells have difficulty communicating with each other, or are even unable to do so. This is what causes imbalances and diseases.
The electromagnetic frequencies of our body are much lower than those of the objects around us (e.g., cell phones, Wi-Fi modems, etc.). Our body is therefore constantly trying to adapt to the surrounding frequencies. Our body is therefore always in demand, it works non-stop. It's exhausting!
Children are particularly sensitive to electromagnetic fields and waves. It is therefore essential to protect them as much as possible. We are starting to see more and more parents who have to keep their children at home because they are electrosensitive.
We're surrounded by electromagnetic waves and fields everywhere we go. It's therefore important to eliminate them as much as possible from our homes. Especially at night to promote deep, restful sleep. Unplug computers. Turn off cell phones or put them on airplane mode.
As with any food allergy, do a cure for a few days and see how your body reacts to an environment free of electromagnetic fields!
Here are the steps my friend Julie Breton followed to make her living space as regenerative and soothing as possible.
- Reconnect your various services (phone, internet) and remove any wireless connections. It's good to know that you can get a cell phone or tablet adapter to connect them to the internet via a cable, without using wireless.
- Eliminate the microwave.
- Have a geobiologist analyze the house and offer solutions.
- Ensure you have a good grounding system for your home. In older homes, the grounding system is often connected to the plumbing system (metal pipes). Therefore, it's important to replace the pipes with plastic and ensure the grounding antenna points well outside the home.
- Graphite paint in bedrooms.
- Make sure bedrooms are away from electrical panels and large appliances.
- The house is also equipped with curtains with silver thread in the weave to protect against waves and high frequencies.
- Beds and mattresses have also been changed to ensure they do not contain any metallic elements that could be conductive.
