The situation in our deconfined Jacynthe homes

Due to Covid-19, here is our situation:

The hours will be:

• Monday to Friday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

MJ La Prairie remains permanently closed.

Here are the rules put in place during this pandemic period:

• We have a maximum of 4 people (including our team) inside at any one time, so we will only welcome one guest at a time into the boutique space. We will be continuously diffusing our ambient sanitizing formulas.

• We will ask you to clean your hands with our antiseptic and answer the 3 questions upon entering. Shopping must be done individually and cannot be accompanied by a loved one, family (child) or friends.

• As a precaution, you cannot try on, smell, or touch products in the store. Once you have finished shopping, you can pick up the products and place them in a shopping bag.

• We invite you to have your order prepared 48 hours before the collection day either by phone or by email, at the contact details below (not at customer service). We will then be able to make the payment with you and you will only have to pick up your order.

  We also offer virtual meetings with our beauticians who will help you make the right choice for your needs!
• For the bistro, we do not have bulk ready to take away on site, you must order it by phone, by email 48 hours in advance or via our website here . We only have one cook in the bistro in order to respect the rules and we must plan the number in advance.

Following hygiene rules, there will be no returns possible during the pandemic period; we will not be able to take back empty bottles either.
