“ It is with immense pleasure and happiness that I will be there with you to share my passion and the benefits of yoga. Yoga that has transformed and beautified my life” - Nancy Lemieux
I am fulfilled, happy, fulfilled. An idea was running through my head: how to recreate a "Blue Zone" with our community (from the one who works with us to you, the jmagazine community). So I talk about it with my boyfriend who doesn't hesitate for a second: "we can start by offering yoga, a half hour of outdoor time, hexagonal water (we had dinner with Dr. Brouillard yesterday who, finally, convinced my lover!)... So he asks our team: "what would make you happy?" The story of living water and yoga makes them jump for joy then, Érika and Jean-Julien ask for fabric bags for the customers (wow) and that we take back the bottles of our care products (and again wow because they think of you & the planet and not of themselves): these are two elements that we wanted to establish, but we will not wait. We are taking action now.
Now, I was thinking about all this right there while rocking my baby: how can we offer this sense of “living well” now to the community, not just to our team (since at the beginning, 3 and a half years ago, when I visualized jmagazine, it was a destination, an Okinawa, where life is good, where we help each other... a gathering of people who want vitality...)? And well by offering, by giving. So there will also be yoga sessions for you on Saturdays at 11 a.m., free of charge, which we will try to offer on a large scale via our collaborators who cover Quebec. Cool, right?
Then, we will reflect at least once a month, together, on how we can give and consolidate the sense of community and adopt this lifestyle that keeps us full of vitality. The strong points of the “Blue Zones” revolve around the community, a local cuisine of “perfect” foods, movement (not at the gym, action in passion like gardening) ...: so yes to mutual aid and yoga. We could also offer invigorating meals to those who need them? Green juices? Training? And so on. And I am happy, fulfilled, fulfilled.
We're starting yoga for everyone this Saturday at 11 a.m. It's hosted by Nancy Lemieux.
