Happy Easter!

Joyeuses Pâques!

I just have time this morning* to tell you about the powerful wheatgrass . I couldn't miss it: along with lemon juice , it's one of my essentials to set the tone for a vibrant day!
And since we're on the topic of detox to glow, here's my homemade exfoliant .
I've had the pleasure of doing several interviews in the last few days, and good oils for the skin are becoming, in my opinion, the unavoidable subject... and in the name of health and beauty, that's a good thing!

Thank you for coming to see me and sharing your most touching stories each time. I stay with you, I think of you again, and I feel lucky to know you.
