Now you know how much our community means to me and has become, along with my family, my reason for living. I want to give back by doing something. We start this Saturday at 11 a.m. offering you yoga classes . I would have liked to take credit, but Nancy Lemieux, my exceptional teacher, was quicker and offered to offer her classes for free and share her love for yoga.
On the good news side, Marie-Soleil Michon talked about us at the Véro Show and I have a great offer to distribute our bookzine abroad (humbly, its content is impressive, essential for anyone who wants well-being and vitality). Have you found yours? It has been redistributed in large stores (Walmart, Costco and IGA...). You can obviously find it in your bookstore and please ask for it, they will order it for you!
