For mucus, have you tried gargling with:
- lemon
- turmeric
You could also drink hot water with lemon or mint tea during the day.
You might try cutting out dairy, soy, and oranges: these foods increase mucus formation.
HELPING PLANTS:
- goldenseal
- red elm
- plantain
Is your tongue covered with a white coating?
Is your breath very sour in the morning?
Is mucus worse during certain times of the day? Before or after a meal?
Do you have a water filtration system?
