Fair schedule

Déroulement foire

I probably feel like a bride before the big day! I'm welcoming you this Sunday, August 30th, at 8 a.m. for the launch of my third book, the sequel to " Vive la Détox ." For the special occasion, I'm offering you an antiques fair, so you can be a fan of them!
Activities for adults and children take place throughout this beautiful day (which we announce will be perfect), but of course, you can come just for the antiques, the restaurants, to spend a beautiful day in the countryside and visit the animals.

Admission is $5 (if you are registered for an activity, you do not pay, you just have to show your receipt).
I invite you to be dropped off at the entrance; it is forbidden to park on Fontarabie, the parking lot is a little further than the entrance: you can walk from it, pleasant, then allow about ten minutes, or, we have reserved buses to take you between the parking lot and our entrance.

I'm announcing two new free activities for children: Hubert the coureur des bois will be at the teepee to tell our story: he will captivate your children. We also have a creative painting workshop near the circus, just register your children upon arrival; only the circus activity is paid, there will be space all day.
Caroline from Angélique's gluten-free flours makes organic breakfasts and snacks (at low prices): her muffins, my cookies, and energy balls! She'll also be serving up her healthy wonders.
Myriam takes care of lunch: my burgers, falafels, and healthy, gourmet tacos. Aisha's invigorating restaurant with burritos and veggie wraps is also there, as is the Dose juice bar, and you can enjoy wheatgrass juices right next door (from a great family business).

I can't wait to present my book to you. Here's the making of it with my precious collaborators. Don't I have a great team? You'll find David, Audrey, Marie-Ève, Bonnie, Danièle, Luc, Jocelyne, Ingrid, and my precious cook, Chantale.

If you are doing yoga at the fair, you can bring your mat or, if you prefer, you will be just as comfortable directly on the grass. There are still places for the 9:00 and 10:30 sessions with Julie Marchand and the noon session with Nancy. Here is a gift to all pregnant women: my last prenatal yoga session with her .
There are also still places available for HIIT with Myriane St-Pierre, a great workout to start the day off right: burn more calories than you can imagine in 30 minutes and keep doing it throughout the day, and that... without you even knowing it!. Register here . The smoothie workshop (full) is next to the store.

Regarding the antique dealers present, all my best are there: from antique jewelry stations to old-fashioned fabrics, objects, toys, chests, etc. At all these booths, you have to pay cash. If it's your first fair, I recommend a big empty bag to fill with these wonders that delight our spirits and revive our memories!

The Diligences soap factory will also be next to the shop to demonstrate how soaps are made ( and here's what you need to know about the ones you use ). Departures for the hives are made from the Alvéole table near the restaurants and next to it, two departures (10am and 2pm) to learn with Isabelle the principles of permaculture and its application to the Eden garden: she will take you on a tour of the plantations and the "intelligent" shelters for the animals (which are used as much for plowing as for fertilizing).

I hope I'm not forgetting anything!

You have two contests on the jmagazine homepage to highlight the event and take a look at the day's events here . You will then find in the margin the uses associated with essential oils from a health pharmacy (lavender is among other things remarkable for burns: I "crushed" my arm on a burning cauldron and nothing showed the next day!).

My friends and I can't wait to meet you! It only happens once a year!
See you Sunday!
Jxx
Google Maps has not yet corrected the situation: the path to follow is this one.
