I assure you, my heart does not change place.
I had a curious note this morning from a couple who "received a spiritual message for me" indicating that it may be because my soul is vibrating from below, driven by the race for growth, that I was attacked by fire in my shop.
If I understand correctly, the "captured" message suggests that I have strayed from my core values (and thus deserved the fire to bring me back on the right path).
Let's be clear, especially this kind couple who sent me this completely erroneous thought about the situation (perhaps the adage of not judging would be appropriate here): I have never been so guided by my basic values, my thoughts, my enthusiasm... I'm overflowing with it. I'm sharing it. I don't want it to stay local. I want change and for it to explode from my postal code.
When growth rhymes with increased sharing, it makes sense to me. And if hundreds, even thousands of people have told me about their changed lives, I'm not too worried about my vibration level.
Another one told me yesterday that he was tired of reading that we were the best. Another world of marketing and money, he says. I'm addressing him even though it's very rare that I receive such comments; I'm the type to not let anything go.
I never said we were the best, but I do much more than think so, I'm sure of it. We have a superb team with branches as far away as Paris, Milan, and Madagascar. Our aromatherapist, perfumer, designer, artist, and founder of Florame has approved, reworked, and enhanced our formulations. We have also reviewed the ingredients of similar formulas offered elsewhere on the market: none reach a level of quality as high as ours. I would even say without being mistaken that none arrive with a bill as expensive as what we offer you. You know the story, our prices were not established based on our invoices or on distribution. Some serums like those from Sisley and Tata Harper sell for 4 to 5 times the price of ours without having the same quality of ingredients: we do not use fillers, each ingredient is useful for the skin and active.
The stubbornness to gather the best there is inhabits me, I am the first to use all the products for myself and my family. And rare are the owners of skincare lines who enjoy drinking them: even if that is not the goal, this proves to me the safety of use of what I put on my skin and that of my loved ones. I asked the question to the so-called natural and even organic companies that offered me their cosmetics even before I had my figure: can I eat them? No?? So it's not for me.
Now, like all other businesses, we face certain realities: without certain volumes, it is difficult to have the attention of the best players in the industry and unthinkable to be able to offer makeup and perfumes, we must realize that we must order thousands of copies of each item to make the adventure possible. Always focusing on the quality of the ingredients as much as human value.
Know that our quest will constantly lead us to offer the best, without compromise (once again, I am the first to use everything, I am not just an image or spokesperson) with the transparency and consistency that you know me for.
Since the beginning of this mission, when it doesn't exist, I create.
I'm back at it. When I started this adventure, my sole ambition was to first share recipes and inspirations that changed my life, then, a year and a half later, my 4 everyday products to some 6,000 initiates who followed me. Without ever thinking that it would grow and become a business. The principle is this: when we have an exceptional product or privilege, do we keep it jealously for ourselves or do we share it? I am incapable of the opposite. AND if this engine becomes a prosperous business that then has the means to make a difference, isn't that so much the better?
I would like every person on this earth to stop using harmful products (for themselves and the planet) and turn to natural products from a conscious and consistent company. May natural, active, and organic products become the norm. Without embarrassment, I will announce more with the dream of ensuring a stable, regenerative, and equitable supply by having the land to do so.
To end on a good note, please note that yesterday I contacted an organization with which we are beginning a collaboration so that our company (and our family regarding our travels to address another's complaint) not only displays 0 as a footprint, but more, that it participates in the regeneration of our planet. In addition to all the actions we are already taking in this direction.
As for the fire, luckily, it started and ended on its own. Isn't that completely mind-blowing? It went out by itself. Everything inside is lost, but the building remained. While everything could have been ravaged, and more. For us, it's a way of erasing the past so that we can start this new year on a grand note. A new beginning. Yes, I cried, but we quickly thought about rebuilding with our team, our family.
Final thought: if our lines aren't on the market, people will have to turn to lower-quality cosmetics with often questionable ingredients and often devastating impacts on the environment. With our beautiful mission of uncompromising beauty and well-being, we shouldn't be embarrassed to expand. Thanks to my boyfriend, who always offers me this beautiful perspective when I let myself be affected by words that can be hurtful.
