My friend Nanette received her friends on her birthday with gifts for each of them.
As you are "my gang," an extension of my family, whom I share with you daily as with close friends, I also celebrate my birthday with you. You have changed my life. Let us be happy, our family doctor, Doctor Love, writes for us again: the inspiring buffet that prevents illnesses. Our pediatrician, Marie-Josée, shares her field of expertise: mindfulness that soothes , young and old. My friend Julie, during a visit, shows me her activated charcoal (the little doctor by Danièle Starenkyj) found in bulk, which overcame her hormonal symptoms . And the good weather takes us outside to get in shape, here is why the "tabata" mode (or HIIT) is so effective!
On the beauty & sun side, here's what you need to know to gain in quality . And now, Luc's gift... wasn't the body care missing? I asked him if we could take it out for my party! For 2 months I've been using the body oil, from my feet to the tips of my hair, sexy as can be, it has all the desired properties and a subtle and intoxicating scent like all those that Luc prepares for us! A marvel and we are delighted! Happy birthday!!!
