During my second pregnancy, I was able to connect with my baby (to the point of often being very emotional) during yoga sessions. As soon as I started to feel different in my body during my third pregnancy, I looked for a teacher who would provide us, baby and me, with as much well-being while reducing discomfort and continuing to tone my body (because I know that afterward, we have less time).
