Biography

Being passionate about nature, health, gardening, nutrition and physical exercise, I took a course in Moncton, NB with the Canadian School of Holistic Nutrition in 2008 and also a personal training course with Can-Fit Pro. I devoted a few years to it, but I felt there was a lack of depth in the fitness field that went against my values.

To deepen my knowledge in the field of natural health, but also to combat certain addictions, in 2019, I decided to start Ayurveda. I had read about the subject and it spoke to me a lot, this relationship with nature and living in harmony with the elements. Meditation, yoga, and daily rituals were very much in line with my deepest values.

So I started an online course with the Deepak Chopra Center for 6 months, thinking I was doing it for my personal practice only. To continue with a certification, I had to do another 6 months of online studies, but also travel to California for a few weeks, where the school is located. Because of the pandemic, I was able to complete my training online with the teachers and Ayurveda doctors at the Chopra Center.

I loved my experience and learned so much about my true nature, the doshas, and mindfulness. I now understand how to find balance in my life with healthy Ayurvedic rituals and I try to connect with nature every day. This nature that is part of all of us. I teach Ayurveda, meditation, and holistic nutrition in Moncton, NB.
