Atelier thérapeutique

The workshop aims to introduce wellness enthusiasts to the benefits of self-care, with the goal of empowering each individual. It is offered for both beneficial and preventative purposes.

The workshop consists of flexibility exercises and self-massage that promote muscle and joint relaxation in different parts of the body. The combination of certain movements and targeted exercises allows for a significant reduction in discomfort and inflammation, the elimination of tension, toxins and sensitive points, the relief of joint stiffness and pain, postural correction, as well as the improvement of body mobility.

The workshop was designed to offer a variety of natural solutions for soothing the body. This overview allows participants to become more aware of the method by learning to recognize the warning signs of pain and discomfort, then to relieve themselves independently through simple, quick, and incredibly effective exercises.

On the program

- Self-back massage: for rapid relief from cervical, dorsal and lumbar tension

- Postural stretching : recovery and prevention (both joint and muscular)

- Soothing stretching exercises and sensory manipulation: relief of tension and joint pain in different parts of the body (wrists, knees, feet, etc.)

- Directed breathing*: allows muscle relaxation, promotes body awareness and recovery, amplifies energy flow.

The method offers the advantage of quickly relieving any pain that arises and is accessible anywhere, anytime. No specific equipment is required except for people with certain limitations, in which case some small accessories may be required. For the fair, a yoga mat is recommended (or a large towel) and comfortable clothing.
