How to proceed: put the vegetable paraffin in a small saucepan that will be used expressly for this purpose; melt it and immerse your hands in it, one at a time, obviously after having checked the temperature beforehand. Simply relax for 10 minutes and then you will only have to peel it off like a "peel-off" and you will put the peeled paraffin back in your saucepan since it is yours. You can also use it several times.
