We all know that beautiful energy is felt and comes from within. It's important for me to take a few minutes in the morning to see how I'm feeling. Rested and optimistic is an ideal day, but let's be honest, it's not always the case. For me, it depends a lot on the day before. So, my evening is as important as my morning. A good evening routine, such as lighting candles, taking a bath and a herbal tea with a nice conversation with friends or family, are assets that help me get through the night. A massage and a steam bath put me on cloud nine! The internet and late-night TV keep me awake longer and increase my fatigue. This is not my ideal formula for a healthy glow and energy in the morning. But if my evening doesn't depend on me, then a moment in the morning to stretch and meditate will work wonders. I also believe in drinking only liquids in the morning, such as herbal teas and fruit and protein shakes (Vega One), and eating only when you are hungry, in many cases around 10 a.m.
