For all mixtures, you can add Epsom salt, Himalayan salt or fleur de sel.
Dosage: 3 tbsp - 1/4 C of herbs (add salt after, maybe 1/2 cup) for a bath. Prepare a liter of boiling water, add the mixture and put in the bath water OR directly in the bath.
Equal distribution of herbs.
Heavy metals : dandelion, rosehip, seaweed* (wakame or kelp)
Happiness : chamomile, verbena, rosemary
Purification : ginger, sage, thyme
Calming : lavender, lemongrass, chamomile, hops
Allergy : elderberry, mullein, marshmallow, peppermint
*Algae in the bath are very interesting: if you are looking for a spa look, take a quantity of 3 to 4 ounces of dried algae; prepare them in boiling water for 30 minutes first or directly in the water; they leave a coating on the skin and when this coating has disappeared (after about 45 minutes), they have done their job, you can get out of the bath! You have absorbed the beautiful properties of these and they will have reduced in size too. And remove the algae before running the water. They stimulate the thyroid, the adrenal glands, relieve skin problems, joint pain, stimulate the elimination of toxins, balance the pH, stimulate the liver and accelerate fat metabolism.
