As soon as October rolls around, I'm thinking about which creatures I'll be able to revisit, because I've had a lot of requests! As you know, I've been working with the Maison Jacynthe range for several months. What a pleasure to let my brushes express themselves while doing good for the skin! No longer having to choose between style and skincare is wonderful, isn't it? I'm definitely in love with it!
When the photo was taken, I suggested to Jacynthe (who immediately agreed) to give you the instructions, to allow you too to have fun while remaining faithful to your values and products: so here it is for you!...
- Foundation Fluid 01
 - Concealer 01
 - Compact powder 01
 - Terracotta 01 and 02
 - Illuminator 01

2. The eyes
- Black pencil
 - Mascara
 - Eyeliner
 - Eyeshadows 16, 31, 09, 12, 15 & 25

3. Lips
- Lara Lip Base
 - Lipstick 01
 - Blood: glycerin (+ beetroot juice)

4. Nails
Use the light beige concealer (01) as an eyeshadow base, concentrating on the inner corner and under the brow bone of the eyes. This will give more power to your colors and increase the contrasts (don't forget to fix it with the light beige compact powder (01) before starting the eye work).
A small touch of Roméo blush (01) placed on your Nuit eyeshadow (15) and slightly blended from the center up towards the arch will warm up your eyes, making them more vibrant. Be careful not to use this color on the cheekbone, it will give your character a healthy glow, and that's not the goal!
To create the "Black Swan" style streaks on the eyelids: wet your eyeliner brush with water or your favorite floral water to moisten it. Use it to take some Night eyeshadow (01), place it on the root of the upper lashes and draw an irregular line towards the arch, 5 or 6 lines on the outside of the eye will be enough, the result will be more velvety than with your eyeliner and you will not damage your eyeshadow. A bewitching and evil look guaranteed!
2. Make your own organic artificial blood
-You can either mix a little of your Maison Jacynthe vegetable glycerin with beetroot juice (homemade or bought in an organic store like me) and you will have a very bluish blood color (that's what I used but the light warmed it up a little!)
-You take a little of one or/and two red lipsticks like Nanette (27) and Lady Boss (01) with a spatula and incorporate them into your Maison Jacynthe vegetable glycerin, in both cases use a mini whisk to mix your glycerin and obtain a homogeneous color and texture. Of course you can smear your little zombies!
