To give a boost to our liver, which is clogged due to abuse:
Alcohol dehydrates the cells in our body, which is why it's excellent to drink cucumber juice and raw coconut water, which are full of electrolytes. Apple cider vinegar supports the liver's functions (which work really hard to eliminate toxins from alcohol). It will also greatly help rebalance the body's pH and help increase minerals like potassium, sodium, iron, and calcium that have been excreted by alcohol.
To the juice extractor:
- 1 cucumber
- 1 inch of ginger
- 1 inch of turmeric
- 1 cup coconut water (preferably unpasteurized)
- 1 good teaspoon of apple cider vinegar (important that it is also UNpasteurized)
Followed by a fabulous green juice to deeply hydrate and replenish your vitamins in no time, you'll be refreshed and ready for another night out!! ;)
For a less painful morning after, choose clear alcohols (vodka, gin) diluted with sparkling water or tonic water. Avoid dark alcohols and sugary sodas/juices, which only make the morning after worse.
Also, don't hesitate to do some twists: standing, turn your torso from right to left while breathing deeply; it is said in yoga that these twists are effective in dislodging toxins (peppermint, while being very effective in soothing bloating, alleviating digestive problems and stomach aches whatever their origin, would also relieve the discomfort associated with irritable bowel syndrome ).
Drink a cup of hot water sweetened with maple syrup (to replenish electrolytes) or spiced with cayenne pepper and a little lemon juice (again to help eliminate toxins) on an empty stomach.
Remember that the skin is an organ of elimination; before showering, regularly use your dry brush to help remove dead skin and waste and promote breathing and good exchanges. For the face, exfopur eliminates dead skin and blackheads while providing a bath of oxygen to the skin.
