In my suitcase (without wanting to brag, I easily leave for 10 days with a cabin-sized suitcase good for baby and me! The following fits in my beauty bag, in 2 large "ziplocs"):
- the purifying formula follows me on the plane (as does my beauty kit since they are all in 100ml bottles and less): I use it to disinfect our hands, one drop at a time or for baby, I pour a drop on a small washcloth dampened with water that I also have in my travel bag; I used the formula in my laundry load since I was able to collect, even while traveling, clothes in a great garage sale, happiness!!
- beauty side: my trio follows me, when traveling I like the ylang serum that I don't hesitate to put on the children (baby likes it a lot, I slide on his face what is left on my hand once I have applied it on mine) in the evening; if there is redness, I will put it on repeatedly to see it disappear
- practical side: my deodorant, powerful, natural and leaving a lovely scent
- sun side for the whole family up to baby: my shea butter with zinc oxide (we don't use anything else)
- Luc won't want me to tell you, I have an anti-parasite made of essential oils and another mixture for oral hygiene... which we can't market because they are therapeutic.
- health side: peppermint essential oil for stomach aches (at the pharmacy here, which I like to visit for their aromatherapy opening, the pharmacist advised me to take 4 drops throughout the day for Charles, 7 years old; the peppermint was very useful to him, his stomach aches disappeared immediately), lavender for bites (but since there was aloe in the garden, this is the one I used, wonderful) and I also have mosquito repellent
- I brought my net to make vegetable milk but I found some!
- Caro, more zealous, had brought her hand blender to make smoothies!
- two soaps for baths, showers and for washing hands: I never leave home without my natural soap because children are hypersensitive to the fragrances of perfumed soaps, which cause their skin to swell and chap until it bleeds
- my natural shampoo poured into a small travel bottle as well as the baby one/li>
- same with my natural laundry soap
- My stain remover (which is very portable): a joy to remove avocado stains from my white top, cocoa stains from my t-shirt, or clay stains from beige pants; I can also grate this soap to use in the washing machine (don't use too much)
- a horsehair glove
At the grocery store, once we arrive, we take: rice, quinoa, vegetables & fruits (which I leave to soak in water, a bit of soap and the purifying formula), lots of avocados, vegetable milk to drink and for cooking (coconut), nuts, legumes and we are happy!
