Crazy about wheatgrass

Folle de l'herbe de blé

Wheatgrass juice is a powerful vehicle of concentrated energy from the sun.

This is a herb that acts as a medicine, hence its name: alicament.

If hormones are the managers in our body, enzymes are the workers.

Wheatgrass is one of the richest sources of enzymes that help eliminate toxins, neutralize heavy metals, improve circulation, and help renew our cells.

Its 70% chlorophyll composition (structure that allows plants to absorb sunlight) also allows increased oxygenation of our cells (it has been established by scientists that cancer cannot survive where there is oxygen).

It provides vitamins A, B, C, E, selenium, zinc, iron, magnesium in a bio-assimilable form for the body, the key. A side note on this subject, synthetic vitamins would have an absorption rate of 3 to 5%, the rest would be eliminated or.. ??? While in the case of plants, the minerals in the soil are absorbed by the roots to attach to the water (which has a flake structure... when it falls from the sky :) and reach us, thanks to the plants, with an absorption rate of between 95 and 98%.

Wheatgrass is an "anti-mutogen," it breaks down tumors, and neutralizes certain toxins linked to pollution from cars and BBQ fumes!

When our cells are starving, deficient in vitamins and minerals and too congested to absorb them, green or wheatgrass juice (the Olympic form of green juices) allows them to be cleansed and therefore directly absorbed the phytonutrients they need to do their job properly.

It's good for all types of illnesses. Start with half an ounce. And validate for yourself. For diabetics (for whom green juices are contraindicated in the early stages of recovery/reversal), taken regularly and with a healthy lifestyle, it helps regulate blood sugar levels.

Happy spring cleaning!

PS I order my wheatgrass trays once during Wheat Lovers Week for those who are from the Montérégie region and want to make their lives easier! Although it is also very easy to grow:

  • get good wheat seeds to germinate (where there is rolling)
  • put in water for 24 hours then
  • cover your tray with soil so that the grass grows densely
  • cover this tray with another so that the seed has the impression of being in the dark, in the soil
  • wait until it grows 3-4 cm
  • place it in the light, in a well-ventilated place and water from the bottom (grasping the grass to lift the compost)
