What I learned in 2021:
- I now alternate between my smoothie in the morning since I don't really have any other sugar intake during the day (by which I mean bread, rice, pasta, potatoes) and a protein milk. Modern food is too sugary, processed and devoid of meaning and importance.
- Good fats and protein are important! I add my fermented brown rice protein to homemade plant-based milk (or in family recipes, to replace part of the flour). So I get my protein intake from Plant Protein, Collagen, and my Complete, in addition to my sprouts, nuts, etc. already included in my salads.
- I've added supplements to my diet, a variety of vitamins and minerals that make a difference. Even though I have a great lifestyle.
