Breakfast bowl of good fats

Preparation time: 3 minutes

Ingredients :

  • 1 handful of flaked almonds
  • 1 tbsp dried coconut flakes
  • Pecans to taste
  • Chopped walnuts to taste
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp (or more) nut butter of your choice
  • A pinch of cinnamon (it helps with sugar absorption, too!)
  • 1/3 tsp vanilla extract
  • Nut milk to taste

Method :

Falafels

  • Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
  • Pour nut milk to taste over the mixture and enjoy!
