Breakfast bowl of good fats

Yield: 1 serving
Preparation time: 3 minutes
Ingredients :
- 1 handful of flaked almonds
- 1 tbsp dried coconut flakes
- Pecans to taste
- Chopped walnuts to taste
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp (or more) nut butter of your choice
- A pinch of cinnamon (it helps with sugar absorption, too!)
- 1/3 tsp vanilla extract
- Nut milk to taste
Method :
Falafels
- Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Pour nut milk to taste over the mixture and enjoy!
