Pure cocoa extension

It’s a favorite of children… and adults! To be savored slowly.
Ingredients
- 100 ml (¾ cup) almond milk
- 30 ml (2 tbsp.) of carob or cocoa powder (or 2 squares of 90% or 100% cocoa chocolate)
- Maple syrup, to taste
- Grated cinnamon or ground cayenne pepper (for adults), to taste
Method :
- In a small saucepan, heat the almond milk and carob or cocoa over low heat.
- Add maple syrup, cinnamon or cayenne pepper.
