“My body oil for hot flashes
Morning ritual:
- Yarrow Water
- 1-2 drops of clary sage in 1 teaspoon of olive oil or honey
- Favor soy milk for coffee or shakes, flaxseed and red clover in salads (considered plant estrogen)
- Omega 3 and vitamin D
Evening ritual:
- MJ Bath Salts Woman in my bath
- My body oil (mentioned above)
- 2 tablets of oral magnesium
- A large glass of water with 1 generous tablespoon of Sleep Powder
Women's bath, sleep powder and essential oils of sage, mint and niaouli are featured in my little rituals.
