Our meeting with the luminous Léa:
Following our meeting with her, Léa shares with us her evening and morning ritual which soothes her skin:
1. First cleansing/makeup removal, I apply 8 pumps of jojoba and 8 pumps of floral water in my hands and massage my face for more than 3 minutes (depending on the needs of your skin/mood).
2. Second cleansing, always 8 pumps of jojoba oil and floral water. However, here, I insist by massaging my face/neck skin on the areas that need it most (areas where I have eczema/dermatitis, pustules, blackheads, inflammation, fine lines/wrinkles etc.), in addition to always insisting by massaging for more than 3 minutes.
2.a) If necessary, always depending on my skin's needs and how I feel at the time, I repeat my second cleansing a third time to be sure of communicating well with my skin and perfecting my soaking.
2.b) I also use COCO for the second/third cleansing. I add in my hand the amount of a very large quarter to the rest of my other products. I can use it four seasons always according to my needs. I rub the products in my hands (the coconut sugar granules melt almost completely) to prevent COCO from being too abrasive on my facial skin.
3. Currently, for this step, I apply in my hand a pump of aloe gel , a pump of sublimator / sacred lotus / or other, 4 to 8 pumps of jojoba oil (the quantity is represented by the need or feeling of the skin) or a pipette of my serum of the moment ( pink serum or neutral serum ). Then, I massage my face / neck until completely absorbed.
4. Finally, I apply my "coat," my "protective layer," to protect and preserve all the good products I've used for my skin. Currently, I use one to two pumps of Phytobaume as a finishing touch in spring/summer . In fall/winter, rose floral wax is my favorite coat.
