First of all, Detox, why this word? Our definition of detox: eating a nutritious and highly digestible diet so that our body can fulfill all of its functions. I repeat, detox is not a diet and far from me counting calories. The goal is not slimming either, but rather the wonderful feeling of being comfortable in our body to facilitate everything, accomplish ourselves, and shine.
Expensive, but eating well? Why not go for the simplest and fastest option for so many benefits!
Let's take a look at some of the different options, including what you'll get in terms of both nutritional value and therapeutic benefits. I'm focusing on perfect plant-based proteins, good fats (which suppress hunger, nourish the skin, and support energy production in the body), antioxidants, beauty ingredients, and an abundance of colorful vegetables in the form of a delicious salad.
Each food, each meal, each preparation is thought out according to these qualities to produce the desired positive effect and experience the difference.
