Here's how my detox is going, which, I repeat, is not a diet and far from counting calories. The goal isn't to lose weight either, but rather to achieve the wonderful feeling of being comfortable in our bodies to make everything easier, to accomplish, and to shine.
So we start our days on an empty stomach with fibers whose role is to clean things up (hence the importance of being on an empty stomach): plant fibers (
Welcome to cheats, again, these habits to add do not represent a diet.
4-At bedtime, if necessary , I take a capsule of Ami . The cascara sagrada included in Ami is not a fiber but rather a bark that acts on the intestinal muscle and treats temporary constipation. It is a stimulant laxative. (4)
Dr. Jensen also mentioned that when increasing fiber in our diet, "In the beginning, you may need to use laxatives to help move the high-fiber supplements." In some cases, laxatives can be used wisely, but it should always be a temporary solution (2) .
Please note that smoothies or fruit in the morning and salads to start meals will keep the Friend away, which will only be taken up again as needed.
Some options:
- Drink a green juice before our meals, a fountain of youth, or Le Complet (formulated from the ingredients of my green juice with the addition of spirulina which contains a lot of vegetable proteins and chlorella, a chelator) which replaces it when I am away from my extractor.
-Add a teaspoon of chlorophyll (made from alfalfa and not mulberry, which is obtained using a solvent from the excrement of silkworms, mostly from China) to your water bottle and drink it all day long (a small fountain of youth continuously).
-If you suffer from inflammation of the intestinal tract, you can add aloe juice (our juice is fresh and pure and not made from rehydrated powders) to your morning Essential Fiber drink; I also had a 1/2-1/2 made, that is, 1/2 cherry juice and 1/2 aloe juice so that you only have one bottle of liquid and one action to take.
And there you have it!! I'll do all this live here on our Facebook page. Please note : I can't address illnesses, it's the law!
