What a joy I want to share with you! The journey was both intense and wonderful. Passion knows no bounds and is infectious!
I first met the journalists and bloggers in Madrid, in a charming interior garden, the heart of an organic market and health bistro, from which I asked for the recipe for the millet and beetroot burger, a delight! Surprise, I learned that the journalists knew about Jacynthe's serum!
As I left my hotel, a flamenco rehearsal. Bliss.
Then, train journey to Barcelona to meet, in the morning, the media this time in a private club (where it was necessary to coax the clientele with a gluten-free, lactose-free and vegan menu to see them marvel and ask for more, always feeling better). Their juice bar was perfect: after drinking 6, I asked for the recipe for the purificador lemonade that you can offer to your guests as a vitality Daiquiri! In the garden, we tasted "my" rolls but dipped in a beetroot mousse (the recipe is also envious!), delicious as you wish, health in the mouth!
A word about the warm, generous welcome. Thank you! And what surprised me? We spent our time eating! Reyes, while walking, made me taste some typical tapas (I left the bread aside, gluten saps my energy!) and then said to me "right, shall we eat?" AND the meal lasts 2 hours! One person chooses the dishes to share. And it's always like that. And I confide "we don't have time" "but, Jacynthe, if you don't see your friends, they are not friends!" The next day, we had lunch, we tasted, we tasted some more and barely swallowed the last mouthful: "right! shall we eat?" And we laughed and talked loudly and the bistros were full of life!
Enjoying a vegan paella by the sea, I met Elka, from LalaKitchen, as if we had known each other forever. She read my book to properly introduce me to the 18heures group of internet users. "I found myself!" And that's what I deeply love: no matter where we are, connections are forged thanks to this wonderful lifestyle where we want to inspire so that health can always reach more households. "It's easy," we exclaimed to each other, because the interest is palpable but the universe unknown! "It's a door that opens onto infinite possibilities!" And this ever-increasing well-being invites us to continue in pleasure, feeling ever more... fluid and sexy!
"When I'm invited to a friend's house, I bring a dish to discover (and to eat well too :), a large dish to share. And because it's colorful, lively, it's always the one that's the most successful and for which I'm always asked for the recipe." What a great idea! Elka lives in Majorca, a small island in the Mediterranean. And like two friends who want the best for those around us, we'll share our recipes, starting with her iced almond milk for summer!
Learn to sow better. I've been wanting to go on an adventure for a while now and fill my bag with new ideas and recipes to share with you. My wish has come true. Thank you! ...and this is just the beginning!
I wish you to trust, to follow your heart (which never deceives us), your passions (which only ask to be lived) and to arrive in this flow where each day resembles us, where ideas come true, where magic manifests! (... and that is my conference and chapter 10 of Breathe Happiness!!)
