For all those who will receive the seeds I gave you as a gift yesterday for Earth Day and who are wondering how to make sprouts to eat

Jonathan surprises me because he usually prepares his plants alone, his technique is perfect, but you can also simply sprinkle the seeds on the damp soil, then spray every day (without drowning)! If your seed is bigger than a pea, then yes, cover with a thin layer of soil and water in the same way.
