How do I write a testimonial after 6 years of using MJ products? Having used so many supplements, skincare products, makeup, superfoods, household essentials, delicatessen, salad bars, and wonderful ready-to-eat products, finding THE product that changed my life was very difficult for me.

In short, I was looking for my own must-have, but also for something that could change the lives of other women and spread well-being to other people.

I listen to almost all the live replays and one topic in particular has never been addressed. That of vaginal Candida infection more commonly known as (Yeast vaginitis) However, many women suffer from this problem which can be uncomfortable, but which can also be a huge problem when it comes to repeated vaginitis over several years. Certainly, this is a subject that can be delicate to address, but believe me, having lived with this problem for more than ten years, after having tried ALL the medicinal treatments, after having followed up in a private clinic and dozens of other attempts and after a hysterectomy, I am convinced that many women struggling with this problem would be more than happy to finally find THE solution.

This is what I finally managed to find after all these years with MJ products. So this is where it starts to get interesting. After doing some research and deciding to really dig deep and understand where the source of candida albicans came from, I discovered that the very source to address was to start with a bowel cleanse. Which brings me to the MJ Complete Detox!

So I started my cleanse with fiber, Ami, aloe juice and my fountain of youth to reduce my sugar cravings (candida feeds and thrives on the sugar in our bodies) and of course, changed my diet by following the detox plan to the letter. I also added the bulk salad on a weekly basis which contributed to my fiber intake. In order to reduce my carbohydrates (sugar) I replaced my lunch with MJ's Chocolate Shake. Every week, I followed the detox plan to the letter.

In order to weaken candida albicans, a bowel cleanse was essential and this proposed detox perfectly met my needs.

Once the cleanse begins, probiotics are added to rebuild the intestinal and vaginal flora. So I used MJ's children's probiotics for three months while continuing my detox to the letter.

The third step being to locally treat the lesions that are damaged by antifungals, I had to find THE soap and an oil or cream to repair the skin barriers. This is where the Katité Calendula soap and the black cumin oil (which I mix with borage oil) come into play. After years of not being able to wash in my own bath with a soap and no other product, I can finally use this soap and the wonderful soft baby as a bubble bath, because let's face it, when we suffer from this problem repeatedly, it is impossible to put an oil or bubble bath in the bath.

Since stress is a major factor in the growth of candida, I decided to incorporate the Menopause Formula into my routine and saw a huge decrease in my overall stress and stress management.

Finally, sparing you a lot of details and because I will have the chance to talk to you about it in more detail in a future live, I am in my ninth month without any infection while I suffered from yeast infection every month for several years. What can I tell you, the liberation for a woman and for the couple as well!!! Besides, I would like to hear Dr. Haddad on this subject….

Of course, I use my MJ skincare products every day and it gives me a huge sense of well-being, but this liberation that I can finally experience, which was almost unexpected, is truly POSSIBLE! If I can help and give hope to even one woman struggling with this problem, it will be mission accomplished. If I had to choose just one product that changed my life, I would choose Doux bébé as a bubble bath. I cannot tell you the happiness I now have in being able to take a good bath without the worry of future infection….
