Effect of scented oils on stress & anxiety

Happy sunny Saturday!

Yesterday morning, I met with Pierre Haddad, a pharmacologist and scientific researcher, who spoke to us about the effects of essential oils on stress and anxiety, reporting on fascinating clinical studies. Listen here!

Wonderful novelty
