"Our hectic lives can sometimes lead us to lose our bearings or our good habits. Maison Jacynthe always knows how to guide us to bring us back to the essentials and achieve a certain balance.

A balance that makes us feel good by eating better, sleeping well, slowing down, but brimming with energy at the same time, and ultimately taking care of ourselves to age beautifully and gently.

It's very difficult to choose a favorite product from everything Maison Jacynthe has to offer. One day, you think you have your favorite product, and the next, another becomes just as indispensable. That's when you realize that MJ products really make a difference!

My current favorites are scented oils. I really like "Relaxation." A versatile, compact product that you can take anywhere and use anytime. The scent is sublime and helps me relax when I need a break. Whether at work or in the evening before going to sleep. - Valérie T.

For the kitchen:

Sunday , in the company of Sylvain, our Fountain of Youth! This drink changes your life, so easy to prepare in 1 minute. Try it without hesitation! I'll list some of the benefits and vitamins found in the plants in our Greens (The Complete).

  • Spirulina & Chlorella: Rich in vitamins B1, B2, B6, E and K. Also contains chlorophyll, iron, sulfur and minerals. Rich in antioxidants and the essential fatty acid - gamma linolenic acid. Spirulina is a rich source of protein and chlorella is excellent as a chelator (helping the body with the elimination of heavy metals), algae can also help with mental clarity.
  • Citrus Peels: Contains significant amounts of vitamin C, calcium, and antioxidant and anti-inflammatory bioflavonoids.
  • Papaya: Has a very high vitamin C content. A source of vitamin A and antioxidants. Improves iron absorption, contains fiber, aiding digestion.
  • Elderberry: Distinguished by its concentration of various highly antioxidant polyphenols (anthocyanins, flavonols, phenolic acids and proanthocyanidins).
  • Sunflower Sprouts: Rich in nutrients, such as the antioxidant vitamin E, vitamin B6, folate, magnesium, selenium and zinc.
  • Watercress: Important source of iron, folic acid, calcium, vitamins A, C and E.
  • Celery: Rich in antioxidants such as vitamin C and beta-carotene, as well as vitamin K, an essential nutrient for bone health.

Bulk this week:

  • Organic carrot, organic sweet potato, organic broccoli, organic cauliflower, organic bok choy, organic beetroot, organic turnip, organic kale, organic red cabbage, organic green cabbage, organic radicchio, organic fennel, organic red radish, organic mung beans, parsley + apple, avocado, walnuts and Provençal croutons

With this sauce: Damari, apple cider vinegar, argan and olive oils (and syrup!)

In total, in a gourmet lunch, I enjoy a variety of 31 colorful vegetables with a high polyphenol content, small antioxidant fruits, nutritious shoots & sprouts, fascinating herbs & algae.
