Housekeeping, housekeeping, when you hold me ( live video of my bathroom here )! Just give me Patchouli le Bohème and Le Protecteur as perfume and I'll clean the bathroom in an instant of happiness!
I like to use our home fragrances for cleaning because, since they are alcohol-based, they are incredibly sanitizing, while the pure essential oils that make them up also play an interesting role in terms of cleanliness!
For windows, bathtubs, countertops, here is the great recipe that Nathalie prepared for me:
- Water 300 ml
- White vinegar 180 ml
- Dish soap 90 ml
- Purifying formula 30 ml or a bottle of this concentrate of very suitable essential oils, including the famous thymol thyme.
Hey, why risk the damaging effects of unnatural fragrances and household products that contain them, in addition to potentially toxic ingredients? Especially since natural fragrances are just as effective, and even more intoxicating: our home fragrances (what are your favorites?) and household formulas transform our space, our well-being, and our happiness!
For the record, a woman who once helped me with the housework used a formula she thought was natural (yet it was fluorescent pink) after which I had to open the windows in the middle of a freezing winter, under penalty of a deafening headache and difficulty breathing (short-term effects). Before leaving for the Hammam, I prepared with you my chocolate protein shake & my fountain of youth , 2 pillars of my digestible & profitable diet (i.e. provides energy) because it brings together good complete, assimilable vegetable proteins (whose formula of essential amino acids promotes muscle mass), good fats, antioxidants, green and nutrient density.
