Last summer, we had the pleasure of meeting Ginette, who told us that she wanted to increase her ferritin levels.
Knowing that each serving of our berry protein meets 90% of daily iron needs, she incorporated a shake a day into her routine.
Curious to know the concrete effects of this new habit, we of course offered to keep us informed of its progress!
It was with joy that we received this first message from Ginette, in October 2024:
“A review of my ferritin level following Jacynthe’s request when I met at the MJ festival.
Context :
Latest report on May 24:
- Ferritin = 8.6 (reference value 10.0 - 200.0 ug/L)
- Hemoglobin = 122 (reference value 120 - 155 g/L)
I don't have anemia because my hemoglobin is within the reference range, but I had to monitor it closely.
I'm not a vegetarian, but I eat very little red meat.
So I decided to take berry protein in my shake every day.
I haven't really changed my diet, but I'm paying more and more attention to nutritional values.
I also take Multivitamins (the whole lot) from time to time.
Latest report on October 10:
- Ferritin = 14.2 (reference value 10.0 - 200.0 ug/L)
- Hemoglobin = 126 (reference value 120 - 155 g/L)
I have to keep monitoring but I'm on the right track as they say.
So I wanted to share it all with real data.
A big thank you for these products that make the difference!!!”
And here is his last message, received a few days ago:
“I just wanted to do a little follow-up on my ferritin with my new blood tests related to taking berry protein.
- Assessment of May 24, 2024: Ferritin = 8.6
- Assessment of October 10, 2024: Ferritin = 14.2
- Assessment May 9, 2025: Ferritin = 17.4
Ferritin: reference value 10.0 - 200.0 ug/L
My rate has doubled in 1 year!!!
You can share the good news if you want."
