Again, for the cold, it would be enough to indulge in it when we take a shower!

If I go to bed at 11 p.m., I stop eating 3 hours earlier. It's going very well (snackie's word) it's even exciting this change! How will my body thank me? Can't wait to see! ✨⭐️
