“One day last November, a customer told me about Jacynthe products, about her collaboration with JY Dionne and Dr. Brouillard. I started my research, watched the videos, and searched their respective websites. I was already taking collagen, Greens, B complex, magnesium, and plant proteins from another company (...).
I started with MJ Protein , then Greens and MCT oil . I was desperately looking for a solution to my many perimenopausal symptoms: memory loss, mood swings, nighttime hot flashes, insomnia, leg pain, lack of energy to do the potato every night and weekend.
In short, today, only 3 months later, I no longer have any pain in my arms or legs, I sleep like a baby, I have concentration like never before, I have regained my vitality and energy that I haven't had for 5-7 years (I'm just 53 years old).
Here is my ritual:
  • When I get up, I take a glass of salt water with my Minerals and my Focus
  • 30 minutes later my shot of yellow juice
  • 30 minutes later my organic coffee
  • When my body tells me, I take my Complete with MCT and Collagen in organic cranberry juice
  • For dinner, 2nd Focus , oat milk, chocolate protein , 1 tbsp nut butter, 1 tsp avocado oil (I vary, but sometimes I add spinach, pumpkin seed sprouts, all organic)
  • For dinner, I add organic pumpkin seeds, walnuts, pumpkin sprouts, and spinach to my salad (Jacynthe's).
  • I make my dressing: 1 tbsp nut butter, olive and avocado oil, mint leaf, maple syrup (it tastes like heaven, I was inspired by what Jacynthe told us in one of her videos).
  • And I take my 2nd capsule of Why Minerals .
  • During the day, I drink 1.5 to 2 liters of water to which I add 1 tablespoon of sweet mint chlorophyll and two dandelion and mint herbal teas.
