"I would like to share my story with you because I know it will help many other women who have the same problem as me. I invite you to share it (anonymously please).
Here it is:
Young woman of 22 years, I have suffered since adolescence from acne which is particularly located on the chin, lower cheeks and forehead. Oily skin, large inflamed pimples and small microcysts under the skin, I am one of those who spent hours in front of the mirror before leaving for the day, my face completely camouflaged by tons of makeup. This acne destroyed my life for many years... I no longer left my house and I completely cut myself off from the outside world, simply because I was ashamed of my face. I tried everything: pharmacy products, antibiotics, cream prescribed by my doctor, grandmother's recipes, contraceptive pill and more more...
Wanting to turn to natural products and stop using all these chemicals (which were only making my skin worse anyway), it was about a year ago that I discovered Maison Jacynthe products. Believing I had finally found my miracle solution, I placed my first order: cleansing oil, sebum gel and dermopur. A few months later, I can confirm that my skin was better, but I still had very persistent acne and large pimples very frequently.
It was only very recently that I came across the video of beautician Amélie who tells her story and who mentions this sentence in the video: ''We don't sell dreams, it's a whole''.
This sentence lit a huge light for me! I always wanted to deny the fact that diet had a link with acne, simply because I didn't want to change my diet. It seemed too difficult to do. But at that moment, I was ready to do anything to finally treat my skin and regain my confidence.
I ordered the detox and made a 180 degree turn in my diet.
It's only been 2 weeks and I can tell you that my skin is so grateful! I'm freaking out and I'm simply living again! Honestly, if I had known sooner that it was my diet that was causing me so many spots, I swear I would have made the change long before!!
I cut out: dairy products, gluten, processed products, refined sugars, etc.
I eat: as natural as possible, salads, vegetables, fruits, meats but in smaller quantities than before.
My skin is practically oil-free and I hardly need foundation anymore. I used to wake up with a new pimple every morning, microcysts on my chin that multiplied every day... but now it's been 2 weeks since I've had any new inflamed pimples and even the small microcysts are disappearing a little more each day... I don't have the words to explain how much I feel reborn! Finally a solution to this problem that I've been dragging around for far too many years...
I wanted to share my story with you because I know I'm not alone with this problem and I really want to emphasize the whole picture, treating your gut... If you're already using skincare and you find it's not really working, think about your insides...
