Obviously, I arrived at these stages after years of journey:
-In my early twenties, I chose myself.
-First pregnancy (30 years old): drastic shift towards natural products for my skin (I adopted the beauty ritual with pink serum), my home (I asked for a formula to disinfect without poisoning my baby, the purifying formula was then created) and organic food.
-Meeting with Sylvain (33 years old), our desire: to regain our energy and move forward by increasing our potential tenfold. We include salad, green juice, some superfoods, infrared sauna.
-2010: Opening of the alternative school that I founded (after 3 years of work) - my first life project.
-2012: My first book: Breathe Happiness , foundations of my lifestyle, family included.
-2013: Development of our website, I would like to share my findings with you; my first letter in March covers the basic principles of my detox (drink at lunch, salad, green juice, oil pulling).
-2014: Launch of the book Détox gourmande which caused a sensation, in 5 days, there were no more in bookstores.
-2018: I discovered the benefits of Essential Fibers and the Friend - finally I found a flat stomach (i.e. no bloating); launch of bulk salads (we then had 3 MJ (La Prairie, Ste-Thérèse and Montreal).
-2019: Development of the Complete , the optimal combination of Greens (I've been taking them since I was 20).
-2020: Discovery of the importance of collagen (disappearance of pain and toned skin), number 1 since (with Complet and TCM - what I call our drink of youth)
A range of basic supplements, after years of asking the health experts around us: what should we take? Why? What makes a difference?
-2021: Development of our plant proteins ... and therefore, of my muscle mass ☺️
November 2021: Opening of our Hammam ; a thermal experience session per week becomes a need for me, a necessity to disconnect and reset my system, a 2 hours which represents an essential vacation, I feel like I am living more.
-2022 (summer): Following receipt of my blood test report, I stopped snacking and started Metabzen , as I understood the importance of the liver, our silent metabolic factory.
Starting September 1st: Several doctors inform me that hot and cold therapy slows down aging, I jump in full force: infrared sauna every day, cold bath every day - after a discussion with Dr. Soeberg, I will acclimatize myself to swimming in cold water, without first going into the hot, each time the temperature drops, which will surprise me. What a beautiful challenge, every day, which amazes me about our capabilities and has a direct impact on my toned skin and my more flexible, playful, laughing, happy mental state!
Typical course of my day :

On an empty stomach: oil pulling (During which - stretching , beauty ritual , morning routine for children) - I spit.

Electrolytes (I also take half a spoonful of iodized salt since I will be going to the sauna), Tonic juice and Essential fibers - trip to school (it is 7:30 a.m.)

Cold Water Immersion

Dry brushing

8:30 a.m.: Infrared sauna (20 to 40 minutes)

Exfoliating gloves in the shower

Protein shake for breakfast

9 a.m.: Work

I take my green tea extract at the start of the day

I train 3 times a week (Monday, Tuesday, Friday) 10:15 a.m. - 11:15 a.m. (I fit my training into my schedule) - with my Youth Drink during training and before a gourmet salad that I have for lunch so I never get bored and constantly revitalize myself.

1 p.m.: Work

Dinner: Salad & protein or Blue Zone

Supplements at dinner in the evening (they can also be taken at lunchtime or spread out throughout the day).

Twenty minutes before bedtime I take Melatonin (as an anti-aging product, I have no problem sleeping well)
