For a long time now, I have been choosing myself, investing in my quality of life.
When writing Breathe Happiness , I thought: if we want our children to flourish, we still need to be well.
For even longer, I've been experimenting with food that makes a difference in energy and well-being. I live it and I share it. (Mine being the sharing of inspirations that change the quality of life).
For several years now, I have also been interested in anything that can help me move forward in time in full possession of my faculties, in my happiness in living.
So every way, every ritual, every landmark makes me appreciate every moment of my days. Day after day. It's big.
I remember when I was younger, not wanting to “miss my days,” so I could enjoy them all.
My "recipe" brings me this fullness. From sunrise to sunset, and even in bed, and even in my sleep. I enjoy it.
And I realize that if I took a turn at the age of 30, I'm winning now.
I often hear you say, "MJ allows me to invest in my health." In the long term, too. I can't wait to see us over time. My partners thank me because we're beautiful and happy. From morning to night. Through all those moments that remind us how lucky we are.
Getting Up : Here's what I like to do in the morning and why (no time wasters - it all takes a few minutes, I'm on a tight schedule too - to make such a big and beautiful difference, WoW)
- Oil pulling with my sesame oil into which I pour half a bottle of Fresh Breath for the pleasant & stretching effect (8-10 minutes).
- I drink (in hot or room temperature water) a pipette of electrolytes , just to really hydrate myself (to experience a difference in energy and clarity noted as if the electrolytes leave my machine).
- Tonic juice shot for the kick, the detox effect and to wake up my stomach, I love it, I can't miss it.
- Essential fibers to cleanse my system so that I feel good and also optimize subsequent assimilations.
- I drive Jo to school and walk with him.
Lunch : Protein shake , for me, perfection because it does not monopolize my energy to try to digest, on the contrary, the shake itself and the proteins support/tone digestion which becomes profitable, my philosophy behind my diet (I eat to have energy and feel good, the opposite does not make sense), I need proteins to develop my strength and I appreciate so much this calm energy that it gives me, what a change versus a lunch of carbohydrates AND it fills me up…
And I'm at my best because of it all.
Since September 1, 2022, I have scheduled every day (rather than a few times a week) infrared sauna (in the morning, I'm there) and cold water swimming (after lunch).
- Dry brushing and after the infrared sauna then shower & beauty ritual.
- I'm at work, it's 9 o'clock.
I add to my schedule (otherwise I wouldn't do it) the 3x/week training with Fountain of Youth.
Lunch: I have 30 minutes flat (because I'm also picking Jo up from school to eat at home): my salad with fountain of youth takes 2-3 minutes to prepare, I eat superbly and so I have energy all afternoon!
- A bulk of 12-14 mixed organic vegetables with shoots, sprouts, herbs costs $34 for the equivalent of 5 meals (and obviously, we can prepare it at home for the week!)
- Fountain of youth (depending on the quantity, it costs between $3 and $5) for this complete, protein, beauty, well-being drink, source of antioxidants, energy, so delicious to taste!
- And my glass of hydrogen .
- I prepare Jonathan's meal too, we eat sitting down and leave happy.
Start pm : cold bath , work & walk: September 2023, I add to my schedule working on the computer standing up (we sit too much all the time), walking and massage once a week (oh I couldn't do without it).
Dinner: Blue zone* & my supplements, thank you.
I give thanks, also in bed, under my aromatherapy.
I broadcast for two hours at night because it's good for our brains!
Once a week, 2 hours of thermal circuit at the Hammam at MJ Eastman , my vacation, my reset.

And the easy way: cook quinoa in broth, vegetables in onion, add cooked legumes and organic nori seaweed. A delicacy that can vary as much as vegetables and beans.
